Things to Know
Connection is important.
We are your eyes on the ground. We are your senses for every bit of your day so that you can enjoy each moment knowing that it will not only be there for you to see and enjoy again, but it will be made real to you for every day after. Because let's be real. We spend more time with you than any other person that day -- more than your best friend, more than your family, sometimes even more than your future spouse! We gotta get along. And that comes through in our photos.
We have the quickest turnaround time in the industry for editing.
This is our point of pride! Most wedding photographers deliver edited photos in 8-12 weeks. Us? I’ll get those bad boys to you in 4-5 weeks (usually sooner!). We never rush my editing, but we do have my groove and workflow down to a fashion that gets the job done and doesn't keep you waiting too long.
Here's the thing about engagement sessions.
The reason for this portrait session is to get to know you two before the wedding. It is incredibly valuable for all of us, especially if you’re not comfortable with being photographed all day. This session completely dissolves these awkward feelings so that, on your wedding day, you don’t feel us in the room.
And for us, this session shows me how you interact with each other and what it’s like to photograph you, so that on your wedding day there’s a mutual feeling of “we got this” because we have been through it before! We like to know my couples. We don’t want to photograph a stranger’s wedding. This is why this session is very dear to us and beneficial for all.
How to make this thang official.
It’s pretty simple to book us. We draft up my digital contract which you sign and then pay a $1,000 deposit to hold your date. We take credit cards (with a 3% credit card fee), checks and cash. Everything can be done easily online. You are then officially booked on our calendar, and then we schedule your complimentary engagement session. All of us look something like this:
Bada bing bada boom.
